Appeals from the Automobile Club d’Italia-Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana on behalf of Tony Kart Racing Team
The following hearing of the International Court of Appeal will take place in Paris:
Appeal lodged by the Automobile Club d’Italia-Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (ACI-CSAI) on behalf of its licence-holder, Tony Kart Racing Team, against decision N°26 of the panel of the Stewards dated 23 November 2013 – Event run in Bahrain and counting towards the 2013 CIK-FIA KF Junior World Championship
On 23 November 2013 the panel of the stewards decided to impose a 10 second time penalty to the kart N° 137 (driver Nikita Mazepin) in accordance with articles 2.24 of the CIK-FIA regulations and 153 of the FIA International Sporting Code, for having left the track at MP10 and taken advantage by overtaking two other karts outside the track limit.
On 26 November 2013, the Automobile Club d’Italia-Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (ACI-CSAI) on behalf of its licence-holder, Tony Kart Racing Team, decided to appeal this decision before the International Court of Appeal

The decision will be published as soon as possible after the hearing.
Requests for accreditation must be sent by email to the FIA Press Office ([email protected]) on the official letterhead paper of the publication or other medium requesting accreditation, no later than Friday, December 13, 2013 at 12.00 noon (CET).
The accreditation request must be signed by the Chief Editor or the Head of a Department (specify which) of the relevant publication, or medium.
The accreditation request must include the following:
i) the hearing and the date for which the accreditation is requested;
ii) name of the journalist and photocopy of his professional press card (currently valid);
iii) email address to which the FIA can send an answer.
