Thierry Willemarck (CEO TCB and FIA University project Mentor) and Ortrud Birk (FIA Director Strategy and Operations) presented the first course of the FIA University at the Membership Benefits Forum in Istanbul.
The Emerging Leaders Program sets a landmark, a long way from the initial FIA University project presentation in New Delhi one year ago.
