Deadline for Appeal

The FIA has received a number of enquiries from the international press regarding the deadline for any appeal by Vodafone McLaren Mercedes against the decision of the World Motor Sport Council hearing of Thursday, September 13th.

After conferring with the Secretariat of the International Court of Appeal the FIA understands that the deadline for such an appeal is 1700 hrs (CET) on Friday, September 21st.
