The following hearing of the International Court of Appeal will take place in Paris:
Hearing
Appeal lodged by the Real Federacion Espanola de Automovilismo (RFEA) on behalf of its licence-holder RSV Motorsport against a decision of the French National Court of Appeal on 28 August 2007 relating to an event run from 13 to 15 July 2007 in Magny-Cours (France) and counting towards the 2007 International GT Open Championship.
On 15 July 2007, the Panel of the Stewards of the Meeting imposed a penalty of one lap upon car N°11 (Autorlando Sport) for having changed its driver while the Safety Car was on the track.
Autorlando Sport decided to appeal this decision before the French National Court of Appeal.
At its hearing on 28 August 2007, the French National Court of Appeal reduced the penalty imposed on Autorlando Sport by replacing the penalty of one lap to a penalty of 40 seconds.
Another team, RSV Motorsport, has lodged an appeal against the decision of the French National Court of Appeal to the International Court of Appeal.
