The following hearing of the International Court of Appeal will take place in Paris:

Hearing

Appeal lodged by the Royal Automobile Club de Belgique (RACB) on behalf of its licence-holder PK

Racing, car N°4, drivers Anthony Kumpen and Bert Longin. The appeal is against decision N°7 taken by

the Panel of the Stewards at the Event in Oschersleben (D) on 8 July 2007 and counting towards the

2007 FIA GT Championship.

Following a report from the FIA Technical Delegate and after hearing the competitor concerned (PK

Racing), the Stewards of the Meeting decided to exclude the competitor after it was found that the

quantity of fuel on car N°4 was in excess of 100 litres permitted (in breach with the provisions of

Article 258.6.5 of Appendix J to the International Sporting Code).

Decision

The decision is expected on Wednesday, July 25, 2007, in the afternoon.

Accreditation

Requests for accreditation must be sent by fax to the FIA Press Office (+33 1 43 12 58 18) on the

official letterhead paper of the publication or other medium requesting accreditation.

The accreditation request must be signed by the Chief Editor or the Head of a Department (specify

which) of the relevant publication, or medium.

The accreditation request must include the following:

 i) the hearing and the date for which the accreditation is requested;
ii) name of the journalist and photocopy of his professional press card (currently valid);
 iii) fax number to which the FIA can send an answer.

Applications for accreditation for the above hearing must reach the FIA before Friday, July 20, at 17.00 hrs (CET).
