TOSFED, on behalf of Motor Sporlari ve Organizasyon A.S. (MSO), have submitted a request to withdraw their appeal against the FIA World Motor Sport Council decision dated September 19, 2006.

The Judges of the International Court of Appeal will consider this request at the first available hearing.
