The following hearings of the International Court of Appeal will take place in Paris:
Hearings
1/ Appeal lodged by the Automobile Club d’Italia/Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (ACI/CSAI) on behalf of its licence-holder Draco Multiracing USA against a decision of the Belgian National Court of Appeal concerning decisions N°27 and 28 taken by the Panel of the Stewards, during the event run at Zolder (B) on 30 April 2006 and counting towards the 2006 World Series by Renault.
During the qualifying session, the driver Pastor Maldonado (Draco Multiracing USA) was sanctioned by the Stewards of the event for having allegedly cut out a chicane and was demoted several places on the starting grid. Draco Multiracing USA brought a protest against the decision of the Stewards which declared the protest unfounded. Draco Multiracing USA then brought an appeal before the Belgian National Court of Appeal which cancelled the results of race N°1.
2/ Appeal lodged by the Automobile Club d’Italia/Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (ACI/CSAI) on behalf of its licence-holder Prema Powerteam srl against a decision of the Belgian National Court of Appeal concerning the appeals lodged by Draco Multiracing USA and Eurointernational against the decision taken by the Panel of the Stewards, during the event run at Zolder (B) on 30 April 2006 and counting towards the 2006 World Series by Renault.
The Belgian National Court of Appeal having cancelled the results of race N°1, the competitor Prema Powerteam srl (on behalf of its drivers Rossiter and Salignon) decided to bring an appeal before the International Court of Appeal.
3/ Appeal lodged by the Automobile Club d’Italia/Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (ACI/CSAI) on behalf of its licence-holder R.C. Motorsport against decision of the Belgian National Court of Appeal concerning the decision taken the Panel of the Stewards, during the event at Zolder (B) on 30 April 2006 and counting towards the 2006 World Series by Renault.
The Belgian National Court of Appeal having cancelled the results of race N°1, the competitor R.C. Motorsport (on behalf of its driver Garcia) decided to bring an appeal before the International Court of Appeal.

Decision
The decisions are expected on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, in the afternoon.
Accreditation
Requests for accreditation must be sent by fax to the FIA Press Office (+33 1 43 12 58 18) on the official letterhead paper of the publication or other medium requesting accreditation.
The accreditation request must be signed by the Chief Editor or the Head of a Department (specify which) of the relevant publication, or medium.
The accreditation request must include the following:
i) the hearing and the date for which the accreditation is requested;
ii) name of the journalist and photocopy of his professional press card (currently valid);
iii) fax number to which the FIA can send an answer.
Applications for accreditation for the above hearing must reach the FIA before Monday 27 November, 17.30 hrs (CET).
