2006 PROPECIA RALLY NEW ZEALAND MANUFACTURER ENTRIES (REVISED) 10.11.2006
The FIA has accepted the withdrawal by the Kronos Total Citroën World Rally Team of crew No. 1 Sébastien Loeb/Daniel Elena from the Rally of New Zealand as force majeure, in accordance with the regulations stated in Article 2.4.1 d) of the FIA World Rally Championship for Manufacturers.
Following agreement by the members of the World Rally Championship Commission, the FIA has approved the substitution entry of Xavier Pons/Carlos Del Barrio.
