Appeal lodged by the President of the FIA against a decision of the Italian National Court of Appeal on 21 September 2005 which quashed the decision N°17 made by the Panel of the Stewards on 21 August concerning competitor Jean-Yves Berthon, car N°129, driver Nathanael Berthon.  Event run at La Conca (Italy) on 18-21 September 2005 and counting towards the 2005 CIK-FIA European Championship.

Decision

The decision is expected on Tuesday, November 8, 2005, in the afternoon.

Accreditation

Requests for accreditation must be sent by fax to the FIA Press Office (+33 1 43 12 58 18) on the official letterhead paper of the publication or other medium requesting accreditation.

The accreditation request must be signed by the Chief Editor or the Head of a Department (specify which) of the relevant publication, or medium.

The accreditation request must include the following:

 i) the hearing and the date for which the accreditation is requested;
ii) name of the journalist and photocopy of his professional press card (currently valid);
 iii) fax number to which the FIA can send an answer.

Applications for accreditation for the above hearing must reach the FIA before Thursday, November 3, 17.30 hrs (CET).
