The FIA International Court of Appeal met in Monaco on Thursday, December 8, 2005, to examine the appeal introduced by the Fédération Française du Sport Automobile against the decision N°9 of the Panel of the Stewards concerning car N°11, competitor Larbre Compétition, crew Lamy/Gardel, following the event run at Bahrain from 22 to 25 November 2005 and counting towards the 2005 FIA GT Championship.

Having heard the explanations of both parties and having examined the various documents and other evidence, the Court quashed the decision N°9 of the Panel of the Stewards to exclude car N°11.

The International Court of Appeal was presided over by Mr Xavier Conesa (Spain), and composed of Mr Pierre Tourigny (Canada), Mr Reginald Redmond (Ireland) and Mr Laurent Anselmi (Monaco).
