Appeal brought by Auto Sport Suisse (ASS) on behalf of its competitor, Jenzer Motorsport GmbH, car n° 4, driver Ryan Sharp, against the decision handed down by the British National Court of Appeal on 10 August 2004 concerning the event run at Donington (Great Britain) on 26 and 27 June 2004, counting towards the Formula Renault V6 Championship.
