Appeal lodged by the Deutscher Motor Sport Bund (DMSB) on behalf of its licence-holder, Freisinger Motorsport, against Decision N°16 taken by the Panel of the Stewards on 20 April 2002 in the event run at Nevers Magny-Cours (France) on 19-21 April 2002 counting in the 2002 FIA GT Championship.
