Appeal brought by the Deutscher Motor Sport Bund (DMSB) on behalf of its competitor Panasonic Toyota Racing against decision n° 45 taken by the Stewards of the Meeting on 24 April 2005 at the San Marino Grand Prix (Imola) counting towards the 2005 FIA Formula One World Championship.
