Appeal brought by the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium (RACB) on behalf of its competitor, Prospeed Competition, against Decision N° 10 taken by the Panel of Stewards on 23 July 2009 concerning the event held at Oschersleben, counting towards the 2009 FIA GT Championship.
