Following a fax vote by the members of the World Motor Sport Council, the 2012 FIA World Rally Championship calendar will be a mix of traditional and new format events.

The calendar includes events in the following locations:

Abu Dhabi *
Argentina (long distance event)
Finland
France
Great Britain *
Germany
Greece
Mexico
New Zealand
Portugal
Spain
Sweden - Norway

* Subject to confirmation and approval of the Event Business Plan and format

Event dates to be confirmed based on logistical considerations and minimising clashes with Formula 1.
