Ruling on decision N°12 taken by the Stewards of the Meeting at the event run in Puebla (Mexico) on 22 March 2009 and counting towards the 2009 FIA World Touring Car Championship, the FIA International Court of Appeal, which met on 21 April 2009, confirmed the drive-through penalty (suspended for three events) but annulled the drop of ten grid positions.
