FIA President Max Mosley gave the Keynote address to the Motor Sport Business Forum in Monaco, where he talked about the development of new rules in Formula One and the plans to introduce new technology to the championship over the next five years.

Following the agreement between the FIA and the Grand Prix Manufacturers Association, the FIA World Motor Sport Council has given approval to new regulations which will lead Formula one into a technologically advanced, eco-friendly era.
