HOW TO REGISTER
All delegates are kindly requested to register for the meetings and social events using our online registration system.
- Click on the weblink that has been sent to your ASN/club representatives by email.
- Fill in the form – Please note that you will not be able to use the same e-mail for several registrations
- You will receive by return a summary of your registration request which will be subject to FIA confirmation
- Within 48 hours, you will receive an official e-mail confirming your attendance.

Following your registration, the FIA Travel Services will get in touch with you in order to help you to arrange your hotels and flights booking following your selection in the registration form.
Please note that you are allowed to register only if you have received an official FIA invitation.
REGISTERING FOR THE MEETINGS
You can register for all meetings (FIA, FIA Foundation, FIA Institute or regional meetings) of the Annual General Assembly through the registration system.
For the other meetings, please be sure that you are a member of the group in question otherwise we will have to cancel your participation.
A written confirmation of your meeting attendance will then be sent to you. Working documents for the various meetings will be available from the website in due course.
HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL REGISTRATION
If you wish to update or cancel your registration, please send an email to fiaaga@fia.com and we will make the change accordingly.
We kindly ask you to keep your registration updated as this will enable us to ensure that there is shuttle transport available to take you to your chosen hotel. The more precise you are in the information you provide the better we will be able to assist you on the ground in Qatar.
